Project Management

As part of our project management services, we are your interface and represent your interests between the project participants. In order to achieve your project goals, we control your projects in the individual phases monitoring expenses, deadlines and quality compliance.

Time Scheduling

Using standard tools (e.g. Microsoft Project), we give your projects the necessary structure, define tasks with you and determine their duration taking into account their logical dependencies.

Coordination

As part of our project coordination, we ensure that the set goals are met, resolve conflicts and reduce risks. We keep an eye on project controlling and are the communicator of all relevant information about your project.

Claim Management

Should there be any deviations in the course of the project with regard to the agreed deadline, costs or results to be achieved, we are available to you as a partner for any subsequent claims. We will calculate the necessary scope, support you in the preparation of the amendments and monitor all changes for compliance and implementation.
